We’re looking for a registered psychologist who would like to make our Queenscliff clinic their permanent weekly base and build or grow an independent private practice of their own.
Use the room for the days that suit you and share unused days with other approved practitioners. With low fixed overheads, existing interest in room-share arrangements, flexible starting terms and support to help you build your local caseload, you can establish something of your own without having to start from scratch.
Osteopath | Queenscliff
We’re looking for an osteopath who would like to build or grow their own private practice in Queenscliff, with the flexibility of a few regular days or a permanent weekly base.
With low overheads, room-share options, practice-building support and an established cranial osteopath and remedial massage team around you, you can build something of your own without starting from scratch.
Physiotherapist | Queenscliff
We’re looking for a physiotherapist who would like to build or grow their own private practice within our established Queenscliff allied health clinic, with the flexibility of a few regular days or a permanent weekly base.
With low overheads, room-share options, practice-building support and an existing team of osteopathy and remedial massage practitioners around you, you can establish your own practice while benefiting from a connected multidisciplinary environment.

We’re looking for a registered psychologist who would like to establish or grow their own independent private practice from our Queenscliff clinic.
Whether you’re already in private practice, considering stepping away from a percentage-based clinic, relocating to the Bellarine or simply looking for greater independence, this is an opportunity to create something of your own without having to build everything around it from scratch.
The opportunity
We’re ideally looking for a psychologist who would like to make the Queenscliff room their permanent weekly base.
The room is yours for the week, giving you the flexibility to choose the days you personally practise and to share unused days with other approved practitioners.
We already have practitioners interested in room-share arrangements, so there may be an opportunity to reduce your effective weekly room cost from the outset.
Weekly room hire is $325 or 375 + GST, plus a flat $25 + GST weekly clinic support fee.
For many psychologists, around two private consultations could cover the cost of the room for the entire week.
Your practice, your way
You remain completely independent and maintain control of your own:
diary and booking system
fees and billing
clinical records
client relationships
working hours
ongoing practice administration.
Holistic OM provides the clinic environment and support around you without taking over the way you run your practice.
Two consulting room options are available in our Queenscliff clinic
Flexible while you get established
You don’t need to arrive with an existing Queenscliff caseload.
If you’re new to the Bellarine or building your private practice from the ground up, we can discuss flexible starting arrangements for the right practitioner, including reduced rent or an initial percentage-based arrangement while your caseload develops.
The aim is to give you a realistic pathway towards your own low-overhead, fixed-rent practice rather than expecting you to carry the full cost from day one.
Support to help you build your practice
We don’t want to simply hand you a room and leave you to work out how to fill it.
As part of Holistic OM, you’ll receive a 2-hour private practice and local business strategy session to help you establish yourself in Queenscliff and across the Bellarine.
We can work with you on your positioning, local referral relationships, professional profile, visibility and a practical plan for building your caseload.
You’ll also have the opportunity to be included in Holistic OM’s website, marketing, clinic communications and appropriate internal referral network.
Practical clinic support
You maintain your own booking system and ongoing administration, but you don’t have to manage every initial enquiry alone.
For a flat $25 + GST per week, Holistic OM provides an additional layer of clinic support, including:
AI reception for general clinic enquiries
assistance with initial new-client phone enquiries
helping prospective clients make their first booking with you using your preferred booking process
general clinic information and support.
Once that initial connection is made, you continue to manage the client and your practice in the way that works for you.
Independent, but not isolated
Private practice doesn’t have to mean practising alone.
You’ll have opportunities for professional connection with psychologists, counsellors and allied health practitioners across our broader community, including appropriate cross-referral and multidisciplinary relationships.
You retain your independence while having a professional community around you.
Opportunities beyond one-to-one practice
Holistic OM also supports practitioners who are interested in developing educational resources and online courses within their areas of expertise.
There is the opportunity to create practitioner-led online education hosted through Holistic OM, allowing you to extend your work beyond one-to-one consultations and potentially develop an additional income stream alongside your clinical practice.
This is completely optional, but the opportunity is there if it interests you.

You’ll be joining an established clinic alongside a cranial osteopath and experienced remedial massage therapists, giving you opportunities for professional connection and appropriate cross-referral while maintaining your own independent practice.
Depending on your consultation fee, around 3–4 consultations could cover the cost of the room for the entire week.

You’ll also have access to experienced practitioners with particular interests in paediatrics, pregnancy and postnatal care, craniosacral approaches and indirect treatment techniques.
For practitioners who are interested, there are opportunities for mentoring and skill development in areas including:
pregnancy care
postnatal care
paediatrics
craniosacral approaches
indirect fascial release
cupping.
This is entirely optional. You can practise independently in your existing areas of expertise, while having experienced practitioners around you if you’d like to develop additional skills or explore new areas of practice.
