Hi, I’m Autumn. I’m a remedial massage therapist, birth educator and prenatal support practitioner working within the Holistic OM collective.

My work is grounded in a whole-person approach to care. I’m interested not only in physical tension or discomfort, but in how stress, life changes, pregnancy, recovery and emotional load can show up in the body. I aim to create a calm, supportive space where people feel listened to, respected and at ease.

I bring over 20 years of experience across bodywork, women’s health and education. My sessions are thoughtful and unrushed, with care shaped around individual needs, preferences and goals rather than a fixed treatment style.

Alongside clinical practice, I’m deeply committed to supporting people through pregnancy, birth preparation and the transition into parenthood, offering care that is steady, informed and compassionate.

Approach to care:

My sessions are tailored and responsive, with an emphasis on consent, communication and collaboration. I take time to understand what has brought you in and how your body is responding, adjusting each session to suit where you are on the day.

Treatment may involve hands-on massage, gentle techniques to support the nervous system, or focused work to address areas of tension or restriction. I work at a pace that supports regulation and comfort, particularly for those navigating pregnancy, recovery or ongoing stress.

My aim is not to “fix” the body, but to support it. Care is guided by listening, safety and respect for individual experience.
